Glitz Food Bank is a structured food-saving and distribution service based in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. We help individuals and families save money from the beginning of the year and receive food items according to their selected plan at the end of the saving cycle.
Our model removes the stress of sourcing large sums of money during festive periods by encouraging disciplined, incremental savings. Over the years, this approach has helped many households maintain food security, budget better, and celebrate special seasons with peace of mind.
Terms And Conditions
Payment Deadline
All subscriptions must be fully paid on or before the end of November, unless otherwise stated in your selected plan.
Default and Late Payments
Any default or late payment attracts a ₦1,000 monthly default charge, in addition to the outstanding subscription amount.
Automatic & Manual Payments
Subscriptions run on automatic monthly debits. Where automatic debit fails or is unavailable, all default payments and charges must be sent to the designated Glitz Food Bank account, including the ₦1,000 default fee

Package Selection
Subscribers must choose a package that suits their budget and preference. Once subscribed, food items and package contents cannot be changed.
No Refunds or Cancellations
The Food Bank program is strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable. If a subscriber fails to continue payments for any reason, the subscription becomes null and void, and prior payments are forfeited.
Price Adjustments
The Food Bank program is subject to increase or decrease based on market value of food items and the prevailing economic situation in Nigeria.
Slot Commitment
Subscribers must select the number of slots they can comfortably maintain. Slots cannot be reduced, reversed, or transferred after selection.
Payment Confirmation
Payments must be made only to the official account listed on the website. Subscribers must upload a complete payment receipt for confirmation.
Receipt Requirements
Receipts must clearly show full name, date, amount, and time of payment. Incomplete receipts will not be recorded.
Communication Records
Subscribers are required to turn off disappearing messages to ensure proper documentation and communication tracking.
Strict Compliance
Failure to comply with these terms may result in service disruption. Excuses, delays, or appeals outside these terms will not be entertained.
