Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms governing participation in any food-saving plan offered by Glitz Food Bank, located in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. By subscribing to any plan, you (“the Subscriber”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Agreement Overview
Glitz Food Bank operates a structured food-saving subscription service that allows subscribers to make regular contributions and receive food items based on their selected plan at the end of the saving cycle.
This Agreement applies to all subscribers without exception.
2. Subscription Commitment
By enrolling in a Glitz Food Bank plan, the Subscriber agrees to:
Commit fully to the selected subscription plan
Make timely monthly payments for the duration of the plan
Abide by all rules, payment schedules, and policies stated herein
Subscriptions are binding once activated.
3. Automatic Recurring Payments
All subscriptions are subject to automatic monthly recurring payments using the bank account or debit card provided during registration.
The Subscriber authorizes Glitz Food Bank to debit the registered payment method monthly for the agreed subscription amount without further notice.
4. No Cancellation and No Refund Policy
All subscriptions are final.
There shall be no cancellation of any subscription once activated.
There shall be no refunds for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to personal circumstances, financial challenges, dissatisfaction, or failure to complete payments.
By subscribing, the Subscriber expressly waives any right to cancellation or refund.
5. Default and Late Payment Charges
If a Subscriber fails to make a scheduled payment when due:
A default charge of ₦1,000 (One Thousand Naira) will be applied for each default occurrence.
Default charges must be cleared before the subscription can continue smoothly.
Repeated defaults may affect food item delivery timelines.
Any additional bank or payment processor charges resulting from failed transactions are the responsibility of the Subscriber.
6. Subscriber Responsibilities
The Subscriber agrees to:
Ensure sufficient funds are available in the registered account at all times
Maintain valid and active payment details
Provide accurate personal information
Follow all communication, collection, or delivery instructions issued by Glitz Food Bank
7. Food Item Allocation and Distribution
Food items provided are strictly based on the subscribed plan. Glitz Food Bank reserves the right to substitute items with alternatives of equal value if necessary.
Distribution timelines will be communicated in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
Glitz Food Bank shall not be held liable for:
Bank or payment processor failures
Delays caused by circumstances beyond its control
Losses arising from incorrect or outdated subscriber information
Liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid under the subscription plan.
9. Modification of Agreement
Glitz Food Bank reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be communicated through official channels and shall take effect immediately upon publication.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
11. Acceptance
By subscribing to any Glitz Food Bank plan, the Subscriber confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Subscription Agreement.
